Design: Design the electromagnet's structure, dimensions, and materials according to usage requirements and specifications.

 

Material Preparation: Prepare necessary materials, such as the electromagnet coil, iron core, terminals, and insulation materials.

 

Coil Fabrication: Wind the electromagnet coil on a winding machine, then perform joint treatment and insulation to achieve the required electrical performance.

 

Iron Core Fabrication: Process the iron core into a suitable shape and size according to design requirements, then perform surface treatments such as cleaning, polishing, heat treatment, and electroplating.

 

Assembly: Place the iron core into the coil, and assemble the iron core and coil according to design requirements, including fixing and insulating them. Simultaneously, add terminals and connecting wires.

 

Inspection: Inspect the electromagnet's appearance and electrical performance to ensure it meets requirements.

 

Debugging: Debug the electromagnet, adjusting parameters such as the number of coil turns and the applied voltage to achieve optimal operating conditions.

 

Packaging: Pack the tested electromagnets, including moisture-proof and shock-proof measures, for transportation and storage.
