Working Principle Of DC Chuck

Electromagnetic Conversion: When direct current passes through the coil inside the chuck, a strong magnetic field is generated. This magnetic field magnetizes the steel workpiece in contact, forming opposite magnetic poles that attract each other, thus achieving a firm adsorption.

Core Structure: Mainly composed of an iron core (high-permeability material, used to concentrate magnetic lines of force), a coil (which generates a magnetic field after being energized), and a shell.

Magnetism When Electrified, Demagnetization When De-energized: When energized, a magnetic field is established and the workpiece is adsorbed; after the power is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears rapidly, and the workpiece can be easily removed with little or no residual magnetism.
