A DC chuck consists of a base shell, an iron core, a coil, a faceplate, and a junction box. Its manufacturing process is as follows:
1. Select suitable materials for welding or casting the base shell.
2. Install the iron core onto the base shell according to the type of chuck.
3. Wind the coil with the appropriate number of turns and technical parameters, dry it, and then fit it onto the iron core.
4. Pour asphalt or other waterproof material into the inside of the base shell.
5. Fabricate the faceplate and install it together with the base shell.
DC chucks use DC power and are characterized by stability, strong suction, and low residual magnetism.
